Who we are
This site, maciekmusic.com, is run by Maciek Hrybowicz, trading as Maciek Music, based in the UK. These terms apply whenever you use this site or buy something from us.
Buying physical releases (CDs and vinyl)
- Prices are shown in GBP and include UK delivery only. We don’t currently ship internationally.
- Orders are typically delivered within 3 days, often next day. If there’s any delay, we’ll contact you directly.
- We post all orders ourselves.
- If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us and we’ll offer a full refund or a replacement.
- We don’t offer change-of-mind returns on physical releases — please check your order carefully before purchasing.
Buying digital releases
Digital downloads are sold and delivered through Bandcamp. Your purchase is governed by Bandcamp’s own terms of use. Please refer to Bandcamp directly for any issues with a digital purchase.
Payments
All payments are processed securely by Stripe or Bandcamp. We don’t handle or store your card details at any point.
Intellectual property
All music, artwork, photography, and written content on this site is the copyright of Maciek Music and its artists, unless otherwise stated. Nothing may be copied, reproduced, or used elsewhere without our permission.
Liability
We aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, including loss of data or interruptions to the site’s availability. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Acceptable use
Please don’t misuse this site or its contact form (for example, attempting to send spam or harmful content). We reserve the right to block access if this happens.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
